REGISTRATION

Places are limited

To ensure the quality of experience it is important that this retreat be limited to a small number of participants. Therefore places are limited to a total of 30 people. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that registration is not complete until payment in full has been received.

Registration fee for the 3 day retreat                 US$    360 / person

​

This fee covers all retreat activities, daytime meals including light breakfast, vegetarian lunch, herbal drink, refreshments, and closing celebration lunch, as well as use of the Arts Center grounds and swimming pool.​

​

This fee does NOT include accommodation and evening meals.

Please note, the registration fee can be refunded up to 50% by 18th August 2013. Cancellations after that are non-refundable.​

If you wish to add accommodation on-site or at the nearby property, please add the required amount to your payment.

How to register

Registration details and payment should be sent directly to the event office at Bali Purnati. Registration requires two steps:

     (1) send participant details, and

     (2) send full payment.

​

​Send details of each participant’s name, age, contact phone number, email address, country of residence, and accommodation choice. Please also indicate the level of experience with Tai Chi: none, some, or extensive.

Biaya pendaftaran

Biaya pendaftaran untuk retret 3 hari               US$    360 / orang​

Biaya ini meliputi semua kegiatan retret, makanan siang hari termasuk sarapan ringan, makan siang vegetarian, minum jamu, minuman, dan menutup perayaan makan siang, serta penggunaan di Arts Center dan kolam renang.​

​

Biaya ini TIDAK termasuk akomodasi dan makan malam.

Harap dicatat, biaya pendaftaran dapat dikembalikan sampai dengan 50% dengan 18 Agustus 2013. Pembatalan setelah itu tidak dapat dikembalikan.

​

Jika Anda ingin menambahkan akomodasi di lokasi atau di properti lain yang berdekatan dengan Bali Purnati, silahkan tambahkan jumlah yang diperlukan untuk pembayaran Anda.

Tempat terbatas​

Agar menjaga mutu adalah penting bahwa peserta retret dibatasi. Oleh karena itu terbatas untuk  total 30 orang. Tempat akan dialokasikan secara first-come-first-served. Harap dicatat bahwa pendaftaran belum selesai sampai pembayaran penuh telah diterima.​

Cara mendaftar

Pendaftaran rincian dan pembayaran harus dikirim langsung ke kantor Bali Purnati. Pendaftaran membutuhkan dua langkah:​

     

      (1) mengirimkan rincian peserta, dan

      (2) mengirim pembayaran penuh.

Mengirimkan rincian setiap nama peserta, umur, nomor kontak telepon, alamat email, negara tempat tinggal, dan pilihan akomodasi. Silakan juga menunjukkan tingkat pengalaman dengan Tai Chi: tidak ada, sebagian, atau ekstensif.
